Wanted to thank everyone who came out to a wonderful day on the water ,weather was good and we, almost all, had fun..what better way to exercise a couple of excess pounds of xmas excesses than this. It is always good to see fly casters better understand the techniques they are trying to master..there will be another workshop liely in early February

    Court,
Sign me up for the Feb date. I may have a new 11ft switch by then and will be looking for a line and reel. Haven't decided the weight yet perhaps 6 or 7. I favor the 7 as I want it to compliment my 8wt for the beach and boat for coho and pinks, but a 6 would be more appropriate for the river. Once I make up my mind I'll come up for a visit.

I to would be interested if the timing clicks with the rest of the family. I'm getting my flies into the flow, but sure I'm teaching myself all sorts of bad habits.

Thanks again Courtney! It was a great day. Informative indeed. Can't wait to get out tomorrow to try a few new techniques.
