      That angel hair, or ice dubbing or what ever you call it works wonders, but make sure you test it to see what colour it ends up when wet. Some tend toward purple or blue and others end up in other shades.
      Also, for hard minnow bodies that let the tinsle show through, try wrapping 6 to 10 lb mono. over the tinsle. Experiment with different the different "shades" that mono comes in to get the effect you're looking for.
      It's faster and not nearly as messy as waiting for nail polish or epoxy to dry.
      Spin some deer hair as a head.
