Thread - Burgundy 8/0
Tag - Silver lagurtuns Oval Tinsel, medium.
Butt - Gold Oval tinsel or the like.
Rib - Silver Lagurtuns Oval tinsel. Medium.
Body - Rear 1/2 wide flat silver tinsel.
- Front 1/2 Flourescent White seal fur.
Hackle - Silver Doctor Blue Spey hackle.
Collar - Purple spey hackle.
Wing - Two Yellow hackle tips inside two Orange hackle tips. Several strands of Olive Polar bear are enclosed in the wing.
Head - Small burgundy.
