Last Saturday I was out on the Vedder with Fish Finder planning to find some fish. On the second cast of the day, my Loop Blue line 9140 blew apart in the middle of the 2nd section. I heard that Whistler was the new Loop rep for the area, so I phone the toll free line for him on Sunday morning and told him my tale of woe. Long and short of it, yesterday (6 days after I had contacted him) the warranty replacement was in my hands. I couldn't ask for prompter, or more understanding treatment from a company. Thanks Brian.
