Thanks for posting the links Rick.
Looks like this should be good.
I have been able to get my Washington State licence like this for awhile and it is quick and easy.
You get an Angler # somewhat akin to a hunter # and it all runs off of that.
It will be nice to get tags etc. the night before a big trip because you were out with the boys all day and forgot.
Not that I have ever done that.
