quit smoking?

i just quit smoking...cigarettes..and it was easy..i thought it would be hard,i was a big time smoker and needed to stop then go and get hypmitiesed (or however you spell that )that romain guy is on van island agin next week and he will be right by the stamp........so quit and catch a steelie in the same day....im tellin ya DO IT if you want to .....i did not think it would work but it was like a light switch going off. if you need more info just ask.....think of all the more money you will have to by gear and go on trips........i feel great

I quit smoking 14 or 15 years ago.
Same thing.
Got hypnotized.
Didn't smoke anymore.
I was a two pack a day guy.
Never have lost the 15lbs though.
Good trade off.

March 23,1974....found myself walking out of a weight room ,naked,checking out the body and smoking at the same time...huge cloud of smoke around me...That was enough to scare the shit out of me...such insanity .BTW...you never have anymore $$$,just many more years!

I smoked for about 10 years, the day my Son was born is the day i quit. All i did to quit was throw the pack of ciggs. in the garbage and that was it, it was tough just quiting like that with no patch or anything to help me out, but eventually it worked out and havent smoked now for 3 years

I quit 6 years ago using zyban. I used it for 6 days then quit on the night of my bothers stag. I felt like I was high chemicals and I could hardly work.but I still don't smoke cigaretts.

well... you here how all of us feel so good and all kinds of methods work ..if your ready ....no....if you think you want to quit then you ARE ready! and if you dont want drugs and dont want to be and ass!#$& to your loved ones then go the island and do it .........dont you hate x smokers ..lol..i used to......lol

I have never ever smoked in my life, Im to outdoorsy. Plus how do u net a fish with a smoke in ur hand and a beer in the other? LOL.
