Unfortunately,the Pitt is getting all the attention and while the cats away the mice are playing everywhere else. I ran into several impact biologists last fall in One of the remotest valleys here on the Island. They were takeing samples of insect and other life forms in these upper watersheds. IPPs ...I wonder who paid their fees??
