    Smile Tying and fishing room.

I am fortunate to have a seperate 9' x 7' room off the rec room that I use as my tying/gear room. My Jon boat and gear for it are stored in the garage, but everything else is in 'the room'.
When we bought this place ten years ago, the previous owner left a 9' wall unit in the rec room and I took it over and use it as storage in the tying room. It was in three 3' sections and works like a charm for storing gear, clothes, waders, books and magazines. My next best addition to the room was the pine rolltop desk I bought off the 'for sale' board at work for $50.

    Default soon

I really don't have an area right now.
Will be moving soon and will take care of it.
Until then I will tie where I can.

    Question Way too tidy.

    Rick,
You obviously have way too much gear obstructing your tying area, so I believe you should sort through it and box it up. Being a nice guy I will pick it up when convenient to save you the hassle of dumping it.

All BS aside, how do you feel with the doors under the tying bench area restricting your access? Being a gimpy old guy, I like to slide my legs under my desk to get 'up close and personal' with my vise. That and my declining eye sight lately.:wallbash:

I did manage to knock out a couple of these tonight though, between shoveling the drive and other family duties...
