Yikes John! I have to ask, how many are there and how long did it take you?

"It's a curious fact that estimated lengths and weights tend to make a fish larger than it really is!" Mike Maxwell, 'The Gilly'
im gonna say 700 flies and 25-30 hrs totalhad to try
I can only imagine the sore eyes and back.. Nice.. I hate tying WB's and wouldn't if they weren't so affective.. My fat fingers and bad eyes make them a royal pain.. Anyway, very nice. Here's a couple variations of mine. Cheers.
960 flies. 80 hours. When working out my cost I attribute 1 hour to each dozen. It only takes 40 minutes to tie a dozen but the prep time is a killer. Stripping one side of each feather is very time consuming and a killer on the fingertips. I'm gonna guess 320 feathers. Needless to say I'm getting short on grizzly hackles.
What is the definition of happiness? Finding a natural grizzly saddle in a drawer with a plethora of junk. It takes so little to amuse me!
