I'm sure most of you, like me, hate it when you go to your favorite fishing spot and see someone dumped garbage there. Just want to encourage you that if you see someone dumping to report it. All the info is on the RAPP website. www.rapp.bc.ca You can also report people who are fishing illegally too.
