    Default Guiding on the thompson

Has anyone else witnessed what appears to be guiding on the Thompson River-In one instance this year a largei inflatable with outboard jet was transporting 4 or 5 ponton boats or the like up from Martel and retrieving same-was said to be all freinds. Also well know Lower Mainland guide running two guy's from Oregon thru the runs-one of the guy's from Oregon didn't know the "FRIENDS" name--suspicious.Anyone else noticed this type of activity and if so how can it be curtailed. The CO's are just too busy.
THOMPSON IS A RARE JEWEL THAT SHOULD NOT BE EXPLOITED-in my opinion anyway.

Violence and property damage seems to be working at scaring off legitimate anglers this season so you could try some of those tactics. I agree, the Thompson is a special place but I think if there is illegal guiding on the Thompson, it's the least of our worries.
