Harkley & Haywood hooks

I have several packages of hooks from the old store in Vancouver Harkley & Haywood. They are folded in white paper and the hooks are enclosed in wax paper underneath. What I'd like to know is who the manufacturer is of the hooks.. Anybody know what hooks Harkley & Haywood sold in white packages. Also any idea of years they were pkg and sold like this. Thanks

Odds on favorite 'good guess' is Mustad, that was their standard packaging for 'by the 100' back in the day.
