There's a variety of waste baskets that attach right to your vice.

    Here's an example.

They work just fine and should attach to just about anything.

Maybe I'm unusual but no matter how scrupulously tidy I try to be, I always end up with bits of marabou and deer hair showing up. Even when I vacuum everything. So I've pretty much accepted that this is the way it is. When I finally get around to building a tying cabinet I am going to incorporate a couple of fans with filters for a negative air flow but I still will find bits of stuff floating around. It's the nature of the beast

I keep a small garbage bin under my bench and try to direct as much of the bigger stuff into it, and then I give it the old dust buster every so often. If I'm doing a serious cleanup I do the dust buster, then swiffer or swiffer duster, but that's more of a once every few months thing, or if company is coming over for the weekend and might be using the "office" as a bedroom.

I'm with andy on this and have the Griffin waste basket on my vise. That said, chit still makes its way to the floor, just not nearly as much. Get used to cleaning up (or not), making art is often messy.
