hmmm, that sounds like mine it's a 3000 series Foodsaver..... maybe my roll has been set-up wrong the whole time. I usually pull the bag out as far as I want, cut it to length, insert one end and seal, fill, vacuum and seal the other end. I need to investigate this a little!

Just seal each section on the way out...Cut it when you get all the sections you want.

A simple but very cool way of organizing! Beats my clear shoe box idea!
