Well, a couple weeks ago I got my first Coho on the fly in saltwater. Today I got my first Chum from the ocean on the fly. There were a ton of chum jumping and splashing about. They sure are a great sport fish. Good to see there are still some coho about these days aswell, just gotta get em to bite

Nice work coastrider!! A guy got a chum next to me on the beach a few days ago.... he was chuckin spoons.... yesterday the fish were finicky for me... might change leader length....

Good job coastrider I am glad to hear you had success catching a chum in the salt. I had chum jumping over my line, beside my boat, and following my fly yesterday in the same location you were at, but was not able to get even a sniff. ???
