New member here, looking to get into fishing in general and flyfishing in particular. While I am from the VI, a good part of the fishing I would like to do, is during the annual river trips. I often get into some amazing places that don't see a lot of fishing pressure. Friends I travel with fish with spinning gear often with great success, but I think I would rather try flyfishing. I have done a bit of research and a switch rod is the approach I would like to take. Next year we are planning on 3 weeks down the Snake/Peel rivers in the yukon. Grayling, char and trout are in those waters, and I will be pestering you all for information on what to bring and how to fish for these.
