    Default Coho Boobie Bugger

Last fall, while beach fishing for coho, I had a problem with either snagging the bottom, or having to retrieve faster than I really wanted to. I came up with the idea of adapting a Coho Bugger (aka California Neal) with a Boobie fly, the idea being to sink the fly with my sinktip, while keeping the fly off the bottom and retrieving at whatever speed I want.
Anyway, this is my first attempt. It can be whatever color you want. The boobies on the underside should point the hook up
and float the fly above the bottom, as well as cause an up and down action on the retrieve. The stick-on eyes just might annoy the coho into attacking. Any comments or ideas?

yea thats a great idea, I might have to tie me up a few to try and see just how they work.
Why do I spend more time tying flies than catching fish?
