fishing vancouver island mid jully for salmon

I Heard the DFO swam the Campbell yesterday...counted 700-1000 pinks...I fished this am and didn't touch any.

Pinks are in the Campbell...Not a lot of action yet, but saw 2 caught this am.

FISHED NILE CREEK DAYLIGHT TODAY TIL ABOUT 7:30,Saw One Pink...landed a nice Cuttie and saw quite a few more...No fish on the Eve yet,thats not surprising. More fish on the Campbell now ...we will see soon I am sure

This is great! I will be on the Island up in Parksville for the long weekend in a couple weeks! I'm going to have to stop my Salars store to pick up some flies and hints
