Default Sea Runs and Pink Salmon

Attachment 2017Attachment 2016The Sea Run Action off the local beaches has really picked up over the past few days...and from what we have seen over the past few years this usually pre-empts the arrival of the Pink Salmon..rumours have already begun of Pink Salmon off the estuary at the Englishman...we'll keep a good eye on that

I'm going to be headed over to the island next weekend for about a week or so. I'll have to pop up to the shop pick up a few flys and head on down to the Englishman.

The Sockeye have been in the
river for about a month or so,greater numbers are now arriving ,making lining sockeye a bit easier, especially since the water is beginning to come down...
I'm heading back down to teh beach tonight after supper to see what I can find
