I'm looking to pick up some new kit for fishing the salt here in Perth, Western Australia, and I'm torn between buying something locally or having something shipped over.

Has anybody fished the Hardy ProAxis rods? Do you think that the Sage Xi3 is better?

If I buy a Hardy rod, I can be fishing that day, but if I buy Sage or otherwise, I'll have to wait for the shipment to arrive.

Thoughts?
