In terms of table fair fish there are some pockets of rockfish (rock cod), greenling, lingcod and flounder. I'm not sure if you can keep these fish in some or all areas you mentioned, be sure to check the regulations. There are also perch, sculpin, the odd sea-run cuthroat the even rarer steelhead (I saw one caught last year off a beach), and perhaps a dogfish (although they would chew your fly pretty good and probably cut your tippet). Most of the fish I mentioned like deeper water (20 feet plus) and hang out close to bottom, so it may be difficult to catch from shore. Cutthroat in this region are very limited in number, but do exist. While fishing for salmon off beaches I have caught scuplins and flounder. The nice thing about fishing in salt water is that you can use flies intended for salmon and still catch other species. Bait fish patterns are productive as well as shrimp patterns.
