high water summers

yes it most definitely the highest water that i have seen in years.that rain blew us out on small west coast streams that we were fishing for summers last week . this year the fish have the opportunity to move higher and farther through out there water shed so if your hunting summers this year than go a little higher in the system and you will find them were you would in the fall .this rain also lets fish that come in with the first runs of salmon to head up at will so i feel that there is more fish in already that previous years at this time. has any one seen this already this year?
