    Default vedder Monday

Was out today mid river 3' vis with the river up a few feet . Did not see or touch any fish. Went up to the hatchery and the channel was full of fish. Watched the gong show below the hatchery with a few fish on but none caught . Stopped at a few other spots with no fish in the system . had a look at wilson and it was still like a canal bank to bank

Fly fishing is about decieving fish to take your fly. Snagging is illegal. Therefore flossing should be banned. If you cant catch a fish with a swung fly, or naturally presented, you are only desperate to resort to snag fish.

Never said he was flossing, just felt like ranting about flossing.
I am new to this site just trying to figure out how to simply post a message.
Spent the weekend fishing the lower Skeena, was frustrated by all the flossing.

well when there is an open meat fishery. it's hard to stop all the flossing going on.
I think all sportsmen as a group are frustrated and concerned about the growing trend of flossing. The problem is far worse in the last few years, down here is the fraser valley area, it's been mostly on the fraser but starting to see more and more people doing it on other systems.

By putting in a simple new regulation, ie: leader length could help tremendously
