I've been hooked on that stuff for the past few seasons. It's pretty much all I use now. I've had no issues with it at all. Holds up great on steelhead, and it proven it's worth on the still waters. Well worth it.

anyone have any info on seaguar inviz-x..i was looking throught thier website and it's the only one that is availble in 200yd plus spools/ is it even available here?
i do alot of deepline naked chronie fishing and need to buy bulk amounts of line because those small spools do get used up pretty quick.

    Default flouro

I have using the Umpqua and am quite happy with it.
Recently I have tried the Frog hair and it to is very good.
There are a lot of good products out there.
The best thing to do is try your buddies and decide if you like it
There is a definite advantage for sunk fly fishing.
I still use regular mono for a lot of fishing though.

Remember to pack that old fluorocarbon out with you. As it never breaks down naturally.

Gamma Fluoro is all I use, for personal and guiding! You know there are only two companies making true 100% fluorocarbon, Gamma which is also Frog Hair and Seaguar. Everyone else uses fluoro resin which is not as effective. If I remember correctly the Seaguar Inviz-x is fluoro resin, not the same as the regular Seaguar but it is cheaper.
