    Default Summer fishing

I am planning to go fishing for a week in july but I am not sure what lakes are still producing then. I know almost any lake is good in spring but i think most slow down when the heat hits. I would want to target fish in the 2-5# range. Any suggestions?

First off durring the summer dul drums you may want to consider higher elevation lakes. 3500 feet and above. If you are going to look at hitting the lower elevation lakes in the Kamloops area that usually are good in the spring time, then dawn and dusk, and night time would be your best bets.
