Fishing near falls

So quick question about fishing near or under falls. What is the distance that you have to stay away from waterfalls? I was pretty sure there was a rule but I couldn't find it anywhere in the synopsis. I'm heading out to some areas that I have never fished before and know there are falls on a couple of the rivers. Any help would be appreciated.

It has always told you both in the fishing synopsis and the Federal Fisheries Act. No fishing within 20 feet of man made or natural barriers to fish movement.
