Ok, I have to ask...what fly were you using? No other info is necessary
Fly fishing is not only a method to catch fish, but a state of mind.

Ok I have to ask a little more than 11th , where were you? You don't have to give me a detailed description, a general region or city would be nice.

I thought as much. I recognized the backdrop and wanted to know if I was thinking of the right place.

Now you are making me jealous....I have also been tying in anticipation of my next trip out to the coast....Coho off the beaches in late summer and early fall, is some of the best fishing of the year. (in my opinion)....Here are a few of the patterns that have produced for me over the last several years, with the pink handlebar being an absolute deadly pattern last year for both Coho and Pinks.
