Interior brookies

Midges were a blast yesterday at Becker lake. I lost count of how many 20-30cm brookies I cought in the hours prior to franticly trying to get home to watch the Canucks loose. The rain and unstable weather has brought some badly needed oxygen to the surface of the lakes to complete turnover!
Game on! (but not for the canucks)

Nice! Too bad about the canucks though. The hockey season ends as the fishin season begins.
