    I guess im out because i dont fish minnows very often so i only tie a couple versions which are quite simple really. I like simple things though LOL

    24 explore out of your comfort zone. they just gotta look fishable, not necessarily fished lol. if you find yourself bored on a friday night then have atter. lol. thats my plan. (fishnerd)

    No excuses 24! Regardless of how basic your pattern is you should still do it up, or google another pattern and experiment with that.

    For me I enjoy these contests even more when I don't have a pattern because it gets me experimenting and trying new things.

    My main problem is that i dont fish for cutties so i dont have many minnow materials. I also dont mess with Epoxy cause, well, i just havent bothered yet LOL normally i just use smaller Xmas trees patterns for cutties and they seem to like them LOL

    I will dig up my box that has some minnows in it and do up a pic to enter, this may take a couple days though LOL

    I showed everyone this fly last year it seems to work pretty good for me.
    Oh and the top wing is olive marabou it's just wet that's why it looks a little funky.


    This fishy ate it along with several others on the same day and lots since.

    I like that fat fish...but maybe you should take that wet fly and put the 'hair dryer' to it so it can take a 'pretty' picture next time....lol
