I voted no with IE (v 6.0.2900.5512.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090804-1435) but I suspect it has something to do with the settings they use here at work, behind a gargantuan firewall. All I get is the dreaded "red x".

I'll test it at home tonight with both browsers and see what I can come up with. I'll post another reply with my results.
Fly fishing is not only a method to catch fish, but a state of mind.

when I come to this forum I always use Google Chrome now because MS IE version 8 will not allow me to see the online pictures most of the time.

I've already voted once so I can't vote again, but here are my results based on testing at home.

    Yes on Firefox 3.5.7
No on IE 8.0.6001.18882 (all I see is the text of the link to the pic)

Hope this helps in some way.

I am using Google Chrome browser on a PC and can see an attached thumbnail that when clicked on opens the photo. Later I will try it in IE 8 and report.

When I tried using IE 8 (latest one with all updates installed) I can see a message saying Attached thumbnail but no pic is inside the placement box where it says click for a larger version. There is a red 'X' in a white square before that then below it gives the name of the file, views, size and ID. It will not display a file when it is clicked on.

It is strange that Google Chrome as well as Safari and Firefox seem to allow the pic to be displayed but not IE 8.
