do we post a pic of the fly and material used in this post?
Fly fishing is not only a method to catch fish, but a state of mind.
I don't have a camera that will take closeups well enough to post anything, but I'm good either way.
didn't make myself clear enough..when the time comes..is this the place where we post the pics and materials of the fly we are making...AW
To answer your questions AW, yes, this will be the thread you post pics.![]()
My "Pulsating Shramsels" are done. This is a pattern I've fished for a couple years and, until now, haven't shown so I won't be posting a photo or recipe but it is available by PM. After glimpsing through Phil Rowley's new book I saw a couple chironomid patterns that looked eerily familiar and this is no reflection on Phil but I will have to curtail the public access to photos and recipes.
Oh ya, I need an address to send the flies to!

I love hunting, golf and anything else that keeps others off the water.
Well it look like we have a full house Zugger filled out the last spot. Thanks for joining in Zugger. It also appears that everyone is rather eager for this swap as everyone is already asking for mailing info. So what does everyone want as a due date? I was thinking Feb 17th for a final mail in date this would hopefully allow me to get everyone's flies back for the start of March. Let me know if this works.
Thanks
Bead Head
mine where sent out today, so 14 pheasant tail flymphs should be at your doorstep pretty soon
