    Smile Melanistic Pheasant.

I found a source for pheasant skins (and Guinea fowl) on another site.

I tied up about 50 flies for Ken and sent them off in October. He sent me an absolutely beautiful Guinea skin immediately, but his pheasant skins were not harvested at that time. Today I received a full pheasant skin (melanistic phase) including tail. These two skins are so beautiful, you feel it a shame that the actual bird had to die. I highly recommend Ken as a resource for anyone seriously into tying.

    Hey prof.
I got the skins as well & can say they are top notch large skins. He's a great guy to boot. Definitely worth that many flies.
    Cheers
