Crayfish...

Anyone fish for them? I've been wanting to for the past couple years, thinking it may be a good addition to a fish feast as an appy or something.. I see in the regs that in Regions 1-4 and 8 the daily limit is 25, but I see no info on where they're located. I've done some research online and still, nothing. I would imagine they're in most major rivers and such, but does anyone have a clue as to which ones? Also, I find no info on how to fish for them, ie. traps, line, by hand...

My buddy has been getting them in a certain lake in the lower mainland. I am a little hesitant to m etntion where I want to start nabbing these little critters also, as I do not keep or eat fish.

Ahh...so you want to EAT crays huh...good on u m8..they are great..I prefer them over lobster, but I'm spoiled cause each time I had them, they were made Cajun style...yummy!..................Wolfie...OH ya..look under rocks in not to deep of water..trap them in a minnow trap..the wire cone style..use bread or dog food..throw away the minnows...haha!
