i would like to say to all anglers that the rivers are at a critical low flow and temperature. i have not fished summer runs for a while
( though i would love nothing more :doh: ) and would like to see a closer on some rivers till flows and temps increase . or at least see them left alone till we get some water .the the fish cant recover in the low oxygen levels and will most likely die after being released even if you dont see it right then . i have seen fish struggling to breath in the low hot waters without even being caught ,and they may have a naturally hight fatality rate if we don't see a change in the weather. i think a ethical closer should be in affect for anyone who truly loves the fish and wishes out kids to enjoy the species ...thanks
