Hey all! Im not to say, new here. I have lived here before. But I just moved back. Yesterday I went to my favourite spot, which is the slough by pit lake.(I love carp) I was very succesfull. I am wondering about whannock lake, gold creek, and Alouette river. I have caught little "squas" out of alouette, and seen some very nice kokanee up gold creek. Im getting into more of a hiking/off shore experiances. I love wading in. Im from kamloops where still waters there are the best thing. So question I guess would be: CAN YOU FISH OFFSHORE FROM WHANNOCK. Also would like to know more about gold creek. And other lakes around here.
Thanks all!
you CAN fish offshore from whonnock, I recomend going at first light or just before sundown, the trout start to work the shallows at these times
edit: and iv never seen anyone fish gold creek it looks great, that water is crystal clear
