1 Dozen Flies

Hey everyone. Heres my first submission for the pay it forward section. I've been impressed with the generousity of this board, and have been looking for a while now to find a way to help other anglers. So, being a fairly new fly fisher with an ever expanding box, I thought I'd send a dozen flies someones way. Heres what you'll get.

2 Black/red Micro leeches /w GBH
1 Med. Olive Micro leech /w GBH
1 Black /w Purple flash Whooly Bugger /w GBH
1 Black /w Purple flash Whooly Bugger
1 Black Doc Sprately /w Silver Ribbing
3 Olive Shrimp(commerically tied)
3 greyish shrimp(commercially tied).

Weather you're a cast and retrieve guy, or someone who likes to relax and troll there's a fly in this dozen that will add something special to your day.

I sure would like to get my hands on this deal for I am new to fly fishing and it seems i need to get alot of flies so ya if you still have I sure would like them..

That's an impressive list of flies and covers just about every pattern a beginner should have in their box! Good job.

ps...Now that I think of it, a beginner should also have some chronies in their box. Whoever gets Chauchey's flies will also receive six chronies, courtesy of myself:

- 2 Black w/red wire rib and WBH
- 2 Silver w/red wire rib and WBH
- 2 Green w/silver tinsel rib, BBH w/antron gills

To Bossman they go. Enjoy! And no, those are the fly swap Doc's, although I did tie that one up. I fished one of the Docs from the swap this weekend. I was getting skunked so I thought I needed to pull out a reliable fly. I still got skunked but was happy to have used it. I think it was Stormins...the one with the red wing.

As far as I know, the "Good Karma" items are only available to those who have first made an offering to the "Good Karma" forum...not to be a jerk about it

I think there is a post about the "rules" and what not about "pre-paying it forward" so to speak. I think it's a good idea.

That being said, I'm sure that lots of us would be more than willing to send you a couple or dozen flies for free regardless.

They are Chauncey and 11th's flies - they can do what they wish, but have a gander at the post on the top of the Good Karma forum. In fact, most forums have some "rules" and expectations. Any way...
PM me with your address and I'll mail you a dozen or so flies. You're down in Kelowna right? Let me know if you want river/stream patterns or lake patterns in your message. I used to live down near there and have some patterns that work quite well.
