    Default Skeena spring chinook

My first post here. I was wondering if the Skeena spring chinook run is as poor this year as the Columbia's, next to which I live.

If you google "Noel Gyger" he is a knowledgeable and friendly fellow who has a weekly fishing report for the Skeena area.

You can also email him directly to get tips and specific advice.

I did and he got back to me promptly with great ideas for catching steelhead in the Kalum and Copper. I didnt get any fish mind you, but I think that blame falls squarely on myself since I'm a rookie at that game, on that water.
