I never saw these threads before. Guess I never introduced myself from here.
Anyhow, I’m from Campbell River I fish all summer for a living on the salt here in the area and for the past two winter seasons I’ve had time off just to goof around and fish.
Just found out that’ll probably be my last winter off, so I guess I’ll no longer be the winterbum.
Still I’m sure I’ll find some time to hit up the winter fishes.

Been fishing on the fly for the last two years and really enjoying that. Also started tying fly’s last fall and to say the least I’m hooked on all threads pertaining. And because I had the winter off it gave me lots of time to learn an assortment of patterns really fast.
