    So who has been thinking about which lake they are going to hit first
    this season?
    I am thinking.........
    don't have a clue yet!

    I will do the same thing as last year. Talk about hitting stump but never get to it. Maybe this year.

    Stump is awesome in April for huge rainbows on the shoals!

    for me it will be the first lake ice free in the area, usually Dragon. Can't
    wait.

    +the shu hopefully mid to late feb if I can dig the boat out of the snow bank by then, Still have the option of the canoe or my tin can. white won't be on till late march this year.

    i will second the stump in april...other than that it's either the first ice-off lake or up harrison to the lillooet for the fry migration and killer cutties and dollies. :yeah:

    I heard from phearless that there can be some good sized Koks too. I have to get to it this year.

    Default First Lake

    As lame as it sounds, the first lake I hit this year will probably be Mill Lake in Abbotsford. It's just too close and easy - I can fish it after work. The first real lake I'll fish will probably be Tunkwa in May.

    Likely Chilliwack Lake, or White if I just don't have the time to get out in the FV before the end of March.
