Hi Tom,
The Pumpkinhead is basically a Baby Bugger and a variation of Denny Rickard's Stillwater Nymph. It is best tied with sparse hackle which is why I strip one side of the orange grizzly hackle. Here is the recipe:

Hook: Size 10-12 Tiemco 2312 or 200R
Tail: Medium Olive Marabou
Body: Hareline's Krystal Dub Olive
Hackle: Burnt Orange Grizzly Hackle(I dye mine with Kool-Aid)
Bead: #8 Orange Silverlined Ceramic
