I second the opinion regarding the thread.
Very strong for it's size.
Nice to work with, and keeps the head size down.

I just picked up a couple of spools of the 12/0 Benecchi tying thread after suffering through a spool of UNI thread....first impressions are WoW is this stuff excellentI`m sure I could spin deer with with the 12/0 and it makes tying a lot nicer and produces cleaner looking flies.
The price didn`t seem expensive and I`ll be buying more...if you haven`t tried Benecchi thread you should go for it.

Last year I was in on a group buy from Pacific Angler in Vancouver. I use 10/0 for my dubbing loop microleeches and it's great but I still prefer UTC70 for chironomids.
