    Default Canning Salmon

    Well it is that time of year again, have to stock up for the winter!! Does anyone else out there can salmon!! It sure is tasty stuff!! I did up 8 large coho, probably won't be enough for the year, fortunatley I have more and will be doing it again next week!!!!
