Thanks for the headsup Prof., I was wondering why they weren't working.
I guess I was fishing them to shallow.

Say professori..a long time ago when I was first starting out in the fishing world, I met up with a man that was a wealth of knowledge, his name was Dave Protherall, and he taught me basically everything to start my career in fishing..now he had a secret fly..a fly that I saw litterly create havoc with trout..and that fly was made of 'cat fur'..but only from a certain colour and type of cat..a gray/short-haired cat...it was fished real slow and in deep holes....is this the same fly you are talking about?

....here is a pic of the one I mean.....ArticWolf

Ha! A friend finally broke down and let his wife get a cat, but only if it was a long-haired tabby. That thing always seems to have a strange bald patch here or there.....

maybe now my flies will stop looking like so much drier lint and cat hair and start looking more like real flies.(I hope)

That's a really nice looking fly,???(grey cat) would I be on line with it representing a cadis, thus fishing deep & slow.
The funny thing is how well the fish like the pet hair, as I have 2 shiatsus' and one is salt &pepper makes for a great leach with natural curl .

I managed to get directions to gallery from coast rider some good stuff in there.I must be coming down with a touch of forgetfulness or old farts sindrum. Most of my fishing was done in Merrit area in my younger days and now when I manage to get up there I find some of my favorite lakes closed to public access.
Oop's getting off the subject the gallery is great lot's of pretty pic's as some of the younger gang would say.I hope to make Great use of it.Not much on computure's though
