I would love to try a steelhead bee as well. Not sure why but maybe just as a nod to Haig-Brown. If i started fishing for summers, as I hope to do soon, I think I would have one in my fly box.

Has anybody used them?
Have had good luck with Asellus, Mysid, Silver Brown.
Would like to try the Steelhead Bee but never got around to it.

In smaller sizes, it would work for cutthroat.
Where I fish has a good population of trout to try one but never use a dry line.
Roddies Pink Fry is one of my favourite cuttthroat flies.
Siver Brown is excellant as well.
I have fished the Steelhead Bee, but have not been successful in hooking a fish on it.
C'mon, people.
Show us some Haig-Brown patterns you tie.
Sigh, again!
Been hunting and putting wood in the shed.
Another two cords on the trailer right now.
I will get a pic up soon.
I will, all my stuff is packed.
Moving today and tomorrow.

Here is a Silver Brown I tied about 20 years ago.
And a pink fry from a couple of years ago.
