    So I know a few of us chuck feathers in the salt.
    What have you stuck in the chuck so far?

    I have poked these.

    SRC
    SR dollies
    coho
    pink
    chinook
    black rock bass ( Black bombers )
    cabezon
    kelp Greenling
    starry flounder
    stag horn bullhead.
    Pile perch
    starfish
    rocks
    sticks
    seaweed
    crabs
    Tight lines
    Phearless ( Fred )

    have only fished the salt on the fly a couple times but have caught


    Pinks
    Flounder

    I really hope to add tons of others in years to come. doing a trip to campbell river next year and hoping to get some Coho on the fly in open salt water

    No Tuna yet...however....having lived on both coasts does give me an avenue to seek more species...nothing in the tropics yet...this coming January and February...probably the most fun in these waters are the Black Bass on light gear...for shear panic I think Chum in the Salt terriorize our gear and skills.

    Forgot Fiji.
    I flipped the bird to a black tip reef shark while diving.
    Does that count phearless ?
