the fishing has been good all summer in the lakes that have been dramatically affected by the fish farm in lois. rainbows from 2-18 lbs are caught a released daily . the average fish is 5 lbs. my best day was 20 fish over the size limit . sounds good and it can be , but i could not catch a cutthroat to save my life. the rain has kept the action good all summer .
small cutthroat fishing has been good in the other lakes . The kokanee are schooling up at the mouths of the rivers now and through till the cutthroat seminar in early nov. this means the big boys will be out soon . depends on the rain and water levels. as the last few months of rainbow fish is hot for the inland folk . we are just getting ready for a hot winter full of trophy cutthroat fishing . see ya soon patches -D:beerchug:
