Hi,
Just found this board the other day while doing a google search for fly fishing in BC. Just got hooked on the sport a couple of weeks ago when my wife bought me a guided fly fishing trip. After one day of fly fishing, instant addiction. Looking forward to getting myself outfitted very soon.
I live in Port Coquitlam, literally right beside the Coquitlam River. Been fishing since I was five and now I'm 38. Can't believe it took me this long to try a fly.

Welcome to the board Garth. I too started on the fly late, after fishing with spinning gear until I was 38. Now it's an addiction. Wait until you start tying your own flies. The madness never stops, lol.
The folks here are friendly, knowledgable and some of them live in your general area.
