Bowron Lakes

Will be fishing the Bowron lakes mid July. Any suggestion on flies or nymps?

I have heard that all the usual suspects will work up in the Bowron.
A friend of mine who has fished it likes good ol' olive wooly buggers.
I would suspect that a fry type pattern could work well to. There are few milion, million salmon fry that pass through there.
I will do a bit of digging and see if I can get a few more patterns for you.

Thanks for the info. I am tying up several patterns and woolly buggers (several colors) are one. The last time I fished in B.C. in July the huge caddis flies were hatching. What pattern do you suggest for that?

Can't beat a Mikulak sedge for a dry.
There are some excellant pupae patterns in the fly gallery.
