So you are on all the sites 24/7? Yes it does happen to every site including BCFR Its unfortionat but we cant be here all the time!! I am the admin for a small geocaching site. We had this problem and to solve it everyone including me have manualy sign in everytime you visit the site. We also put in pace a registration verification process so no one can post until they are verified by me. Since it is a small group thst use the site it is easy to administer. To put that kind of verification on this or the sister site would need a full tiem person to administer it, so it is not feasible. Rick and the other Mods are doing a great job on this site and if you PM them when you see a problem they are quick to repond unless they are out fishing, which does happen, after all they are all just human,,,well except for .............
