    Default lake bows

the big lake rainbows are going deeper, me and hue hit over 30 fish with only 3-5 fish over the 10 lb mark. the small fish are aggressive and into smashing anything .here is a shot of a med fish in the 25-27 inch range .

p.s dont try to cool down your beer by putting it in the landing net and hanging it over board with out tying it of to the boat.....this net you see is at the bottom of the lake with some full beers in it......:wallbash:

Patches, do you have any photos of one of those 10+ lbers from your latest outing? That fish in the photobucket is a nice specimen, but according to the photo, was taken on June 2nd,......2006. Anything recent? CHALUPA

Sorry to hear about your camera! My wife fumbled one off the dock up in Port Hardy a few years back. Thats when I decided to go waterproof. It will still sink, but when I'm out on the water I've got it attached to a couple of gillnet floats. It takes great underwater shots. Looking forward to seeing more of your photos! CHALUPA

    Default Cameras gone wild...

I have changed to a waterproof camera too. Too many lost to water, sand and dust. I have the Pentax Optio W30 and you can just stick it under water or take pics in the rain and not have to worry. Its macro function is really impressive too. Worth a look.
